This specially designed tour is based on a mixture of nature, history, culture, people and their customs, offering to all our guests the Romanian experience. The history of Transylvania, part of Romania, goes back in 12th - 13th century, mentioning the old Romanians (dacii), secuii, the Teutonic knights and the Saxons. The tour will include stops in Brasov (in German: Kronstadt) and Sighisoara (in German: Schaessburg), two old medieval towns but well preserved over the years, as well to some fortified churches.
We should not forget the nature that surprises us every minute. We spend one afternoon at a sheppard camp to see how the cheese is processed. We can also help the sheppards to milk the sheep.

Note: The itinerary for any particular day is subject to minor changes upon weather conditions based on group decision.
Each day there will be a certain route to be cycled, and some stops on the way to admire the nature and the people with their customs. In case that one is unable to continue, there will be the assistance car that can fix the bicycle or you can hop on and relax while following the group.
Some accommodation will be at very nice guesthouses run by locals, serving traditional Romanian food, with vegetarian option.
