| "Romania is not a country to which to travel, only to have been there - like for instance Italy or Spain. More likely, it is a world that one has to experience consciously in order to understand it: people's connection to the nature, their love to music, to folklore and to home. Their deeply rooted customs, their beliefs and their superstitions. And the changing, particularly beautiful landscape." (H. Grit Süberlich, about her book "Anuzza im Maisfeld", own translation from German).
If you come for the first time to Romania, then consider this excursion. It helps you get quickly acquainted with the old provinces and provides you with an overview on the culture of the country. By the end of this tour, we hope you were attracted by the charm of the bewitchingly beautiful country. Afterwards you can choose a more specialized excursion in a region of your choice.
