What are personal data?

Involuntarily transmitted data when you interact with our website:

3. What is the legal basis for processing this data?
For the data you voluntarily provide to us (name, surname, date of birth, email address, phone number), i.e., those you submit upon registration, the legal basis is to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b of Regulation (EU) 679/2016).
Regarding the data we collect automatically through the use of cookies or other similar technologies, the legal basis for processing is consent. By accessing the website, you validly give your consent to the processing.
4. What is the purpose of collecting data and how do we use your personal information?
You can opt out regarding the data we collect. When asked to provide personal data, you can refuse.

We need the cardholder’s name, card number, CVV code, and expiration date at the time of payment. These details are necessary for processing the payment.
