Hi, my name is Vlad Pinciu. I am a cultural tour guide, driver and technician at the ski and snowboard equipment rental centre in Poiana Brasov. I was born in 1983, graduated from the University of Finance and Banking in Brasov in 2006, worked as an economist in a private company and became a guide in 2012. We have changed our business profile in tourism. I’m a licensed guide and I love what I do. I want to present Romania to tourists so that they understand the art, history and mythology of our beautiful country. I usually go on private tours, specialising in Transylvania and other areas of Romania. The most visited towns are Brasov, Bran, Sinaia, Sibiu, Sighisoara, Bucharest, the old painted monasteries of Moldova and small traditional villages. I love meeting new people, socialising, travelling, reading and learning about new places. Since 2012 I work for Active Holidays – Brasov. I love my work and I am sure I can reveal and discover all the legends and myths of Romania.
